I am going to say no. Color is just the wavelength reflected back that our eyes can pick up. Meaning, when the light goes through something and doesn't reflect back it is clear. It doesn't get completely absorbed (as in black) or completely reflected (as in white), it just keeps moving. Plus it's not on the color wheel.

Clear is absence of color alltogether. When light passes through something, not refracting any color at all.

NO clear is colorless.
For everyone else...White is the absence of all color -IN PIGMENT, in LIGHT (think theater lighting) white is the presence of all color. In pigment, black is the presence of all color but in light black is the absence of allcolor (or light)

No, technically white is not a color, it is the presence of all colors and black is not a color, it is the absence of all color.

I don't consider it a color becuase light passes through it, so you end up seeing something that has color that's behind it. whatever.

No clear is not a colour it is something that allows colour to become apparent.

No, I don't think so. If something is clear then it isn't reflecting back any colour, so I don't think that clear qualifies.
