NO, NO, NO!!!!! Amazon tribes have way more going on when it comes to religion or spirituality than we do. It's a shame most of them had to be invaded by missionaries trying to convert them. God & hell are ideas presented by Christianity, Islam & Judaism. What if I tell you a particular Amazon tribe believes when they die they inherit the body of a jaguar??? You probably know nothing of that belief and therefore can't relate to it. Indigenous tribes all over the world have been desemated both spiritualy and culturally by people trying to tell them their way of believing is wrong. It's been one of the worst human atrocities ever committed.

I believe that everyone will have the opportunity to hear the Word of God no matter in what remote part of the world you are.
Something inside mankind seek to worship the one true God without even knowing Him. For those who haven't hear the good news they will probably be judged differently.
Everyone will get an opportunity, the thief on the cross next to Jesus did, Serial Killers Ted Bondy, Jeffery Dame, etc all received a the word and we will probably see them in heaven!!
This also should explain why God has put off the return of Christ...

It's pretty silly to think that, with all the religions and people in the world, that one is totally correct and all the rest are wrong. Every society believes in their own spirituality. Perhaps Amazon tribes think you will go to Hell (or whatever they believe in) because you do not know their God.

p.s. As far as babies go, don't Christians believe that we are all born sinners and if a baby dies without being baptized they do go to Hell?

Not necessarily. At the times of this ignorance, God winked at. You find that in Acts. If you are totally ignorant of any wrongdoing, how can you be held accountable? That would not be very just. But when you learn that something is wrong and still do it, then it becomes sin. When you are a kid and you steal a candy bar without knowing it is wrong, you are made to go return it to teach you it is wrong. Later when you know it is wrong and do it, it is punished much more severely as you may go to jail. Before you only were told it was wrong so don't do it again but later you knew better so you get the full consequense of your action.

Romans 1:20 says that everyone is without excuse, God will find a way to tell them about Him. The Sawi ppl, whose culture praised backstabbing, they thought the hero of the Gospel was Judas, had a knowledge of God. They had a process of making peace with another tribe, they exchanged a child with the tribe, and as long as that child lived, there'd be peace between the tribes. Don Richardson, the man evangelizing to them explained that Christ is God's peace child to us, and they said that for Judas to kill Him was incredibly evil. That was the point that God broke through to those ppl. Even in a culture that praised treachery, God had a way to bring them to Him.

I don't believe they will if they truly have not heard of God. But they will have a chance to hear the gospel before the world ends. I base my belief on the following scriptures.

Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Galatians 3:8
And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

I'm sure there are many more references to this, but this pretty much explains they will get to hear the word and God will justify heathens through faith.

May God's blessings be upon you.

The bible says that God put angels in charge over those who are heirs of salvation. What that means is that salvation was a gift given to you by someone who died. You did not choose it, it was given. Jehovah said that man's heart are in rebellion against God. No one on their own chooses God. God gives the gift of salvation to the individual. Somewhere in their life they receive this gift and have the "born from above" experience. They become changed in their life and acknowledge that something is different. I am sure this has happened in many places. Even those that do not have the "benefit" of a christian type religion to tell them how to believe.

Here is my theory....You go and do what you want when you are dead...because its a belief.

I don't believe in Heaven or Hell..and Im pretty sure that the Amazonians who are probably the only people left in this world that hasn't been force fed religion down their throats have their own ideas of what will happen to their spirits when they pass.
