It sounds like you need to get in touch with a local therapist. If I'm not missing my guess, you have some intense mood swings. If that's the case, then your brain chemistry is just a tad off. There are some medications out there that can help you out. You don't need to live like that. Other things you should consider doing along with seeing a doctor/therapist is to find a creative outlet. Try painting, drawing, dancing, writing, or my new favorite: knitting. Knitting has the added bonus of being useful as a form of active meditation and that can calm you down. Good luck!

Depression can be caused by a lack of a chemical called seretonin in the brain, thus causing a chemical inbalance. You need to visit your Doctor and take a course of antidepressants. Lots of things can cause depression depleting the seretonin levels like, working night shifts or having a baby or generally being out of your normal routine, also lack of sleep. Stress can also be another factor. You will only get worse if you are not treated. So be brave and go visit your doctor.

okay, dont talk about this whole killing thing. cuz thats just plain stupid.
so with this whole depression thing, cry, tell people how you feel, scream at the top of your lungs, write it all down. Stop freaking out and becoming all emo on people and calm down. GET A GRIp.( in a good way ) SERIOUSLY.if your so depressed.. go talk to someone and get some help.
life isnt about getting so depressed all the time. lift your chin up, and think of the good things in life. pople in africa cant even eat a descent meal a day, and your here freaking out about some problem you have????

Alot of times we tend not to hold ourselves accountable because we want to blame something else.Sometime we dont realize we are in control of our lives and we get what we give. you might do some soul searching to figure out where you went wrong. you have to acknoledge where you went wrong to stop from doing it. Create your own experiences and belifes rather than holding to someone elses. identify what drives your behavior. KNOW ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER! Life is managed not cured. your perseption of the world probably has a lot to do with it. Learn to forgive or you'll grow bitter. Take action find other things to do than worry-- things that keep your mind busy not just your body. Figure out what it is you really want.

You may just need some medication, go to a doctor and let him/her see if there is a physical cause and tell them what you are feeling-do it soon.

have you tried smokin pot? that is instant happiness. dont get addicted though... if you do, then you can battle that issue and your depression will go away. it's easier to quit pot than depression...
