I love her, but sometimes she bites. I wish she wouldn't bite. She dislikes the word "no." Any suggestions to stop the bitting habit.

well all cats don't like the word "no" just take her away and put her on the floor or something and say "no" in a Stern voice or you could use some other word like no in German i think is Nine or spray her/him with water..i just recently got a kitten to and im working on teaching her manners as well.

She is a kitten, so she wants to play. Kittens bite each other and wrestle when they play. She dosen't know not to bite you, she is just doing what is in her nature. I never advise someone getting one cat because that cat will be lonely, especially a kitten. She is simply making the most of her situation and more than likely, her boredom. Go to the pet store and purchase some toys that she can play with, that is if you are not willing to get her another kitten to play with.

Our cat (Kitty) loves my husbands armpits too. She'll sit there and purr, rub her head in them, even lick them! If she bit my husband's armpits my husband would probably spray Kitty with water.

Cats have a way of smelling and licking dirty places. If she licks them, she's trying to bathe you.

KITTENS ARE FRISKY AND SHE IS BITING B/C SHE IS PLAYING WITH YOU. TRY FLICKING HER NOSE LIKE THUMPING IT NOT TO HARD BUT EVENTUALLY YOU WILL ONLY HAVE TO RAISE YOUR HAND AND PUT YOUR FINGERS IN POSITION AND SHE WILL QUIT. BUT PLEASE DON'T BE WRESTLING WITH HER AND THEN JUST THUMP HER B/C SHE WON'T KNOW WHAT SHE DID WRONG.
