Why is it that if you open human bodies of different races we all look the same on the inside? And the same for land animals. But if you look at fish and sushi, they're all different colors, red, yellow, orange, blue, brown, white, etc.

First, we're not all the same on the inside. Everyone has different sized organs, etc. And yes, this includes color!!! Some people's organs are naturally a lighter/darker shade of pink. Also, you have to keep in mind various birth defects, abnormalities (Do you know what a Chernobyl heart is???) . Well, this physical abnormality is very common/prominent in both Ukraine and Belarus. Read about the events of April 26, 1986...otherwise known as the Chernobyl Disaster. Second, why did you pick fish as a point of comparison ?? There are many different kinds of fish with various physical features corresponding to their environments. Of course, this is also true for humans. However, regardless of geographic region and or one's environment, humans are NOTall that different. Fish are a completely different species with entirely different traits. Physical differences among fish and humans is a silly thing to compare unless you're a scientist involved in research. However, I suppose a short answer to this.......not so great question is the environment !!!! Nevertheless, don't forget about that little world fact which basically states that our planet is comprised of various SPECIES!!!!!

You just got schooled......kiiiiiiiiiiiiid.

One – sushi are different species of fish. If you compared human parts to cows, pigs, snakes, mice, or whatever you’d see lots of variation.
Two – if you looked at different body parts on the same animal (white meat versus dark), you’d see plenty of variation there too.

We, humans , are all one species. Fish are of multiple species and so will have a lot of variety. I'll bet all grouper look the same on close inspection.

Because fish are different species. Human beings are all the same species.

Good question but i am afraid you've post it on the wrong category.

And to answer your question- All living things are all the same according to which category where they belong. But for living creatures living inside the ocean have more to it when it comes to their inside than to the exterior form

The answered is in your question. "Land animals" vs sea creatures. These are two vastly different environments. Life adapted to each one in its own way.

Dear Tomiyo,

Much depends on the type and function of the muscle at which you are looking - how much blood flows through it, what types of muscle fibre, the use of the muscle (organ or movement), etc.
