How close are you to your siblings? Are there any rivarly amongst any of you?

I'm really close to my younger sister who is 16. However my sister who is 19, is a total and utter cow, who has made it her life's mission to embarass and be mean to people, especially me. Whatever she says just goes over my head now, it doesn't bother me anymore, but she has hurt my parents in the past, by claiming I'm a drug addict and other nonsense claims. Why, I don't know, and to be honest I don't care anymore.

I'm pretty close to my sister. I live downstairs from her. We know each other well enough that if we did get mad at each other then we would know the other is sorry and we would both forget about the whole thing and start talking anyway as if nothing happened. We do everything together such as going to concerts, clubs, parties or just hanging out. Me and her are very much alike though and have the same interests. Its better that way than having someone that is the complete opposite and you have nothing to do or talk about. I have a little brother but we aren't that close but we get along ok. Our age difference is too far apart to be really close. Maybe when he gets older. He is 10 years younger than me.

Well after we had been little me and my sisters fought plenty up till we grew to become adults. I have 2 more youthful brothers that there's an age hole among us and we not ever fought. My 2 sisters although don't get alongside to this present day and my brothers avoid considered one of my sisters and I'm the one one within the household that all people loves!

I haven't seen my brother in months and I am fine with that. We get along ok, just not close. We use to fight a lot now we just avoid each other. It works out best this way. I love him though. But he is argumentative. No rivalry, just nonsense at times. Nowadays, your family is just as bad as an enemy.

sibling rivalry is VERY common among siblings that are very close together in age. and i'd think i have a brother who always tries to sound better then me

I hated my sister when I was 13, five years ago. We fought soooooo much, verbally and physically, but now that I'm 18 and she's 16 we get along great and she looks up to me. It's weird, but like everyone says:
You'll get along when you're older and grow up a little.

Depends on what you mean by sibling rivalry...um,we fight a lot,but that's because my little brother is really annoying!:)

i am the fourth child of 5 and me and my 2 older brothers and my younger sister get along great but my older sister we all fight like cats and dogs with my older sister

im close to my siblings because i am the youngest of 5 children. and yes we fight a LOT.......... we cant help it..... every family does though
