Why do some dads drink beer?

they become dads later usually
if your dad is an alcoholic it's not your fault
and there's not much you can do
if he hits your or molests you, then you need to tell your mom
and if that doesn't work tell a school counselor or teacher.
because you shouldn't have to live like that.

Probrably the same reason that some moms drink beer sweety. To put it nicely,sometimes moms and dads just get on each others nerves and to stop from killing one another they drink. Naaaaa!!!! Just kiddin!!!!! I guess it depends on the person. Some people like to relax after work, or whatever, with a beer or two, but some people like it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and thats what is called alcoholism. If this really is a problem for you, and I am being very serious, there is a place you can go to talk and let your feelings out without anyone knowing that you dont want knowing and that can be found by calling a local AA meeting number. I forget what is called right at this minute but I had to go when I was a young teen because of my parents. It really helped me and a couple of my friends deal with situations we had at home. Just look it up and explain your ordeal and they'll direct in the right direction. I'll keep you in my prayers. Lots of luck!! ~jennjenn~

Because after having to deal with 8 hours of work, traffic, coming home to screaming kids and a wife who won't give it up...who would blame them for finding solace in beer?
