The question that you have to ask yourself as a Jew -- the same question that I asked myself as a Jew -- is what good is Judaism without the promised Messiah? After all, God did promise a Messiah, just like He promised us the land of Israel. Well, Israel exists today, right? That is a testimony that God is alive and well and keeping His promises, so He must be sending a Messiah.
The next question is, is Jesus that Messiah that was promised to us 3,000 years ago? After looking at Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah 52, the specific prophesies of the coming Messiah -- and of course, the Prophet Daniel says point blank that the Messiah would come before the destruction of the Second Temple, which as we both know was almost 2000 years ago, all compared with the life of Jesus and the things that He said and did -- I determined that Jesus IS the promised Messiah. Furthermore, Flavius Josephus, the greatest historian ever known says point blank that Jesus is the Christ.
Add those things up with the fact that Biblical Judaism died at the destruction of the Second Temple -- because A) we can no longer make the sacrifices for remission of sin that God commanded in the Torah and B) the geneological records were destroyed so that now today there is no way to know who is of what tribe and who their actual progenetors were, and so any coming Messiah would not be able to prove that He was born from the line of David, or be born in Bethlehem as the Tenakh prophesies.
God would not leave His people without a way to find forgiveness and redemption; therefore, the only person in all the history of the world who COULD be the Messiah, is Jesus.
Oh, BTW, if being a "good person" was all that was required, then why did God command us to make animal sacrifice for the remission of sin in the first place?
You can check this all out yourself; I have no reason to lie.

Jesus said "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but through Me." John 14:6. Seems pretty cut and dry to me, but there's no way for me to know whether you will end up in Heaven or Hell. That's between you and God. I'm not the judge. All I can do is tell you what the Bible says, and I can tell you that the Bible says being a good person who is honest and nice isn't enough to get you into Heaven. "Not everyone who says 'Lord, Lord' to Me will enter the kingdom of Heaven, but only those who do the will of My Father in Heaven. For in that day, many will say 'Lord, Lord, didn't we prophesy in Your name? Didn't we cast out demons in Your name? Haven't we done many wonderful works in Your name?' and I will say to them, 'I never knew you, depart from me, you evildoers.'" Matthew 7:21-23.

If you are Jewish then I recommend that you read the Old Testament in the Bible. It is quite explicit regarding God's covenant with the Israelites (which is what your ancestors were). You are part of the Chosen People who will enjoy the Kingdom of God. The rules are all right there in the text and there is no mention of Jesus or being saved. Hey...see you in Heaven buddy!

It depends on your beliefs.... if you believe that what you are doing is right, that's what you should do. I believe something different, but that is my perogative. according to my belief system I must accept Jesus as my Savior, be buried in the waters of baptism and live Christ-like for the rest of my life. not everyone believes that, and in a perfect world, I think everyone should, but that's not going to happen - just as for someone else, they'd probably like the world to convert to what they believe. if you believe that by being a good person and being honest and nice is going to get you into Heaven, then that is your right because you have that freedom, and we all need to respect each other's beliefs.

YES> all religions teach good works which is "good" in the eyes of God, but IN THE END at Judgement everyone will get a chance to accept or reject Jesus as lord and savior> Jesus is the final step and ONLY step into heaven> If you study christianity then Jesus IS god-incarnate> god himself to the inniative to save us from our sins because we aren't ever good enough to please god!! no matter how much we try, god is INFINITE, therefore we need to accpet Jesus inorder to go to heaven!!

Your are very mistaken Being good and keeping the law will not get you to heaven. You must admit your sins. Romans 3:23 for al have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. You must also believe in Jesus and ask him to come into your heart. 1John 1:9 If we confess our sins he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

This is all scriptual. I'll let you look it up, if you wish.
All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
The wages of sin is death.
Without the shedding of blood there is no remission.
Christ is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
Therefore, in my humble opinion, if you do not accept Christ's propitiation you are still guilty of original, imputed and personal sin and will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

You cannot, cannot, cannot go to be with your Heavenly Father in Heaven without believing in His gift, Jesus. Being a GOOD person will NEVER be good enough for your Heavenly Father - it's IMPOSSIBLE!!
"I am the way, the truth, and the life...no one comes to the Father except through me...."
Pretty plain and simple. Please, look at ALL of the symbolism down to the DETAIL of Christ in the Old Testament.
For example, Abraham was told by God to sacrifice his son, Isaac. He did what God told him to do...taking his son to the alter to be sacrificed. Then, as Abraham was about to kill his son for the glory of God. God said to STOP. Then, there was a ram caught in the thickets. He told Abe to sacrifice the ram instead.
Abraham sacrificing his son = God sacrificing Jesus, his son.
Ram caught in the thickets = Something was sacrificed in his place (just like Jesus was sacrificed in our place...)
Ram was caught in thickets (thorns) = Jesus had a crown of thorns...
This is ONE example of MANY...
Don't you SEE...??? Prayer for you, my friend.

Doesn't matter what you think about this, does it? It matters what God said and what Jesus said. Read Is. 64:6. It states that all your good deeds are detestable to God. They are meaningless as far as salvation is concerned. Salvation is through Christ alone, the Jewish Messiah.
