hardly anyone even knows what one is, most people think he is a pit bull. He is the smartest and coolest dog ever! Just curious if there are other AB lovers out there.

I have a 5 month old AB who also gets mistaken for a pit bull quite often. We've actually had people tell us that we shouldn't have our dog in such public places with little kids because we never know when he might 'snap.' We then had to explain that he was not a pit bull, and even if he was what does that matter? He's smart and really great with kids of all ages. They certainly aren't the right dog for everyone (they can be super stubborn and do get to be quite large) but for me this breed is perfect! I love my AB!

whilst he barks and growls reprimand him at recent. He needs to earnings this habit isn't ok now. He could now affiliate young ones with going into his kennel (you do no longer decide for to apply the crate as punishment the two, in case you're crate training him) that's the alternative of the end result you go with for. whilst he behaves around toddlers, advantages him. At this age you rather ought to make certain you and the human beings on your place enable the dogs understand you are the alphas in the %.. If he's no longer already neutered, gain this, this could help. they're going to in lots of situations attempt to take the alpha place as they become previous, purely strengthen you're in fee no longer him. maximum suitable of success!
