On May 1, a million illegals (95% Mexican) took to the streets in protest because they were told to do so. Now in Mexico City, millions more are in the streets protesting because someone told them to. This is the inherent problem of Mexico - the people have no initiative to stand up and change their lives for the better. Here in the U.S. there are many examples of individuals or groups that saw injustice happening and got off their butts and did something, among them:
- Martin Luther King Jr.
- Cindy Sheehan (anti-war protester)
- The Guardian Angels
- The Minutemen
- The NAACP
- John Walsh (son murdered, now catches criminals)
..... and countless others too many to list. Mexicans obviously do not mind protesting, so they need to protest the corruption and poverty in their country and demand that the government stop squandering the wealth of resources that exist in Mexico.

I should elaborate on the second protest ... Candidate Obrador (i.e. the Mexican Al Gore) can't deal with the fact that he lost an extremely close election, so this crybaby is telling millions of Mexicans to clog traffic in protest for a recount. Gee, Mexicans just loooove being told what to do instead of thinking independently for themselves.

I don't know much about it, but your theory makes perfect sense! I agree with you 110%. I also wish Mexicans would stop coming over here and stealing our dam jobs! If our govt. would send these a$$holes back home, and make companies pay decent wages to American people, then there wouldn't be near as much unemployment or welfare/food stamp recipients in America. Sorry, you got me going!

First of all what the hell do you know about Mexican politicis? I am guessing NOTHING! Yet you come here and open your big fat mouth. I bet that you haven't even visited Mexico before. If you see people protesting in Mexico it is because they don't want corruption anymore, they are tired of corruption and they are doing something about it. Like many of you say they should be protesting in their country and they are. You say that Mexicans can't think for themselves?? You put Martin Luther King as an example he is leader and he had followers. So are you saying that blacks can't think for themselves??

Cindy Sheenan is an embarrasment to protestors, as she is protesting to make a quick buck, not because she cares about the war... How do I know? She didn't even raise the child she's so mad about dying. And minutemen are AS$holes.... Mexicans do not follow blindly thats a stupid thing to say, when there is a march or protest, someone has to tell you about it... When thousands showed up for MLK's speeches, don' t you think they got the word out?
