i asked this girl out and she said maybe sometime and then i asked her for her phone number and she gave it to me. She said maybe sometime next week, she has to work this week. Should i call her next week???? and what does this mean????????

When girls are nervous they would say such things. Sometimes can mean that she never wants to go out with you and in such situation she would have asked for your number and never called you. The fact that she gave you hers and said "next week" shows that she does wants to go out With you. Call her sometimes this weekend just to see how she is doing and then call her next week to schedule the date.
