I am interested to know what is the check list in a womans head when they see a guy for the first time....Is it smile, eyes, lips, body, shoes, hair What? Facts are when a woman sees a man for the first time they size them up in 5 minutes and they decide if they want to F*** them or not I want to be the next ladies man please help me.

They are looking to see if they can figure how much money you got. Then that what helps them decide to !@##$ you.

well women are intuitive and judgemental,so ill give you a checklist.
1.don't seem too vain (we don't want someone prettier than us)
2.no ex girlfriend talk even if we ask (and we probably will don't fall for it its a set up)
3.don't be cheap(encourage us to eat more than a leaf of lettuce)
4.take us someplace out of the ordinary(not just the movies)
5.don't drink too much(ALCOHOLIC'S SCARE GOOD GIRLS)
6.don't be nervous(cause then we will be nervous and neither of us will get to know each other)
7.don't expect to get laid on the first date(any non slut doesn't put out on the first date)
8.leave us wanting more when the date is over just give us a peck on the cheek(we will appreciate not being molested on the front step)
9.call back the next day cause we wont call you even if its just to say you had a good time.
10.let us pick the location of the next date

Definitely the smile is the first thing I notice, followed by the eyes, hair and then his overall body.

I need to hear him talk. To see if he doesn't make a fool of himself in the first 5 minutes. He needs to smell good. Overall body proportions. Nothing in particular, as far as the appearance goes.

1 hair
2 eyes& lips (face)
3 intrests& hobbies
4 personality (you don't normally go up to a girl and just say @!#* off do u)?
5 clothes& money

I look at his face. Nice smile, kind eyes, clean cut face and hair. Then I notice the way he's dressed. If it's sloppy - forget about it.
