i dont want to hurt my back. but desperatly neet to do some activity to loos weigt. and fat upper arms. because i am just gaining weight even if i dont eet or just dont loose eny.

Light cardio like walking and swimming are always good choices. Exercises you can do are those that are approved by your doctor. He knows best what your back condition is, we do not know that.

swimming and walking are the best .
no sit ups .
