One of the biggest problems for people on the Internet is online stalkers. These are people that for one reason or another just simply refuse to take a hint and go away. They continue to email and send you instant messages to you even after you ask them to stop.
To understand how to stop an online stalker you first have to understand what motivates a stalker. Stalking is a matter one on person trying to control another. Controlling you brings them pleasure. If they can force you to react this gives them even greater pleasure. If you scream, rant and rave they win. If you panic. They win. If you make empty threats to them, they win. If you argue with a stalker, they win. If you run around telling all your friends and the stalker hears about it, the stalker wins.

1. Tell them in no uncertain terms that you are not interested and consider what they are doing stalking. Tell them you will get a restraining order, if needed.
2. If it continues, get a restraining order.
One of the reasons people stalk is because they get mixed messages from someone trying to be nice and let them down easy. If you have to be very concrete with what you want and follow through with your the actions you say you will take if the stalking does not stop. Stalking must be stopped before it escalates.

What kind of stalking are you talking about? Internet or in person? I know nothing about Internet stalking but in person they are tyring to get control of you so if you igor them they may go away, if not call the police and or get a Private investigator follow and take pictures then show police now you have evidence and can press charges or get a restitching order. First file a police report by calling 911 and get a restraining order. If this person comes near you after the order is served, file another police report so that the Judge can charge the defendant for contempt of court and they can possibly serve jail time.

well u can tell him to stop or call the cops or just lead him to a scary or dumb place where he could maybe get into trouble. or just say go away and then stalk him lol jk

Call the police, and start carrying some sort of weapon for protection. Not much else you can do besides move to a different city. Good luck!

Call her everyday, tell her that you're in love with her, set dates and flake on her. Act wussy, like a wimp. This worked for me twice already. Girls hate wussy wimpy guys!!!
