Uh, no you didn't.
God is all forgiving and all powerful. At the same time, though, God is also holy, just, and righteous. God’s holiness and justice demand that sin be punished (Romans 3:23; 6:23). God is infinite and eternal. Since all sin is ultimately committed against God (Psalm 51:4), the only just punishment for sin is an infinite and eternal punishment. The only way we can personally pay for our sins is by spending eternity in hell, in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:14-15). However, God, in His love, mercy, and grace, provided for our salvation.

esus Christ was God in the flesh (John 1:1, 14). When Jesus died on the cross, His death was an infinite death because He was God, and therefore infinite and eternal. Jesus’ death was sufficient to pay for all the sins that have ever been committed (2 Corinthians 5:21). All we must do is place our faith in Him, and our sins will be forgiven (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10). That is why Jesus had to die. His death was the only way our sins could be forgiven.

Christ died on the cross so that we wouldn't have to pay for our own sins. That doesn't mean though that we will never sin anymore one we are saved. When you become a Christian you ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins. And he does however until you go to heaven you will still sin. The good news is that he is faithful and just to forgive us every time we mess up. And you will mess up. It's not until we get to heaven that we will be free from sin. I John 1:9 says " If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness". Doesn't look like you got me this time.
God Bless You.

Jesus sacrificed himself to wipe away our sins when we stand before God. We continue to sin in this world, but on the Day of Judgement we will be righteous in God's sight because of the redeeming work of the Lamb who is Jesus Christ. We wash our sinful robes in Jesus blood by faith.

Revelation 7:14...And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

You didnt get anyone. The Bible does not say Jesus sacrificed himself to "wipe out all sin". He gave himself to die as a pardon for our sins. This way all we have to do is ask to be forgiven, we dont need a lamb or any other sacrifice to give to
God for atonement of our transgressions

Jesus died to pay the price for sin. People still sin because they have the free will to follow God. Christians are far from perfect people, they just realize they need God's forgiveness and are thankful to have Jesus as an example to follow.

Nope, sure didn't get me on this one. He did not sacrifice Himself to wipe out sins but to wipe out the effects of sin, or the punishment for sin. He knew there would be sinners till He came back again but He paid the debt for them so if you are truly sorry for offending Him again, He will forgive you and you can have eternal life.

He did die to wipe of all the sins but u can only wipe off something if u r willing to pick up a cloth and start the process. neone who accepts Christ as their saviour is saved but u hv to accept Him first.
remember this,God died to wipe away our sins- true!!!! but even before tht (frm the tym adam n eve were created) God gave man free Will and control over all the earth. only ppl who make a choice can give their part of the control into the hands of God!!!!
hope i answered ur question

No, actually you didn't get anyone on this one. It is because God also gave us free will. We are free to sin and make whatever choices we want. Even the best intentioned of people still sin; Jesus died on the cross so that we can be forgiven of our sins.

He wiped out the punishment for sin, which was death in Hell. The only way now that you can go to Hell is purposely being a bad person and denying Christ. You didn't get anyone now did you?!?!?!

Great question.
Being an atheist myself, I find the topic ridiculous. That sacrifice stuff is straight out of pagan Roman religions.
Why are we still discussing this in the age of DNA and SuperNovas?
Sin/religion/church/heaven/hellare archaic ideas designed by a small elite group of smart people figuring out how to keep control of a large herd of dummies. It's still working.
