Absolutely there are real psychics! Everyone is born with psychic ability, but unfortunately our society has taught us that it is 'wrong' 'unnatural', or worst of all, 'evil'! Psychic gifts are not 'of the devil', they are just that... GIFTS!!!! Most people don't 'believe' in psychic abilities because they are fearful of them and they repress them. God gives us these gifts to HELP one another, they are special and important.
It's truly sad that so many people repress and deny their own God-given abilities.
Also, I want to say that not all psychics want money. Some (a lot) genuinely want to help people. Don't forget that psychics are people, too, and if giving psychic readings is their only source of income then so be it. However, there are plenty of helpful, caring individuals out there who will give readings, healings, etc. free of charge just because they want to be able to help people with what they've been given.
I am an intuitive psychic who gives Tarot readings, and I'm also a level 2 Reiki practitioner. I offer both of these to people free of charge. If God gave me these gifts who am I to refuse someone they help they need simply because they don't have the money? That's not what it's all about.

The simple answer is, no. You are way behind on your facts. The actual research in ESP peaked in the 1960's. At that time many universities across the US were doing serious research on this subject. This went on and on with many volunteers, many researchers, and many tests. The results, however, kept coming up negative, over and over again. After a decade of negative results the serious research dwindled.
There have been a few pseudo-researchers who have continued to "study" this subject and typically they claim results. However, none of these have ever been shown to have real results. They are either the product of sloppy analysis, inadequate controls, or outright fudging on the part of the researcher.
This falls into the same category as a man who claimed that he had a horse that could not only count but could read minds as well. He could think of a number and the horse would tap it's foot that many times. However, when they studied this carefully they found that the horse was actually responding to subtle cues to start and stop and would do this for another person.
There is no PET scan, or MRI, or CAT scan that has ever shown psychic ability. This has nothing at all to do with psychic energy or quantum energy.
What intuition actually is is a subtle communication between the two hemispheres of the brain. One side is verbal and this is where we do our regular thinking. The other side is non-verbal so we don't get strong cues from that side; the cues that we get are more impressions because they are not verbal in nature. This is both the source of intuition and what Freud called the subconscious.
If you are actually interested in this you need to look up research on people who have had the corpus collusum severed in their brains.

if psychics expect it, that implies it's going to now not occur. What's the top of the sector on 21 December 2012 going to be this time? The sun process passing by way of a "photon belt" close Alcyone? Good tale, however photons don't sort belts, Alcyone is relocating clear of us and it used to be all meant to occur approximately 1958. The go back of Jesus, all over again? How many dates were anticipated for that? Planet X which used to be meant to be right here in May 2003 having an additional pass at us? Why can not we see planet X if it is a couple of weeks away? Why might we now not see it in 2003 while it used to be first meant to be right here? Invasion of the annunaki from Nibiru watching for gold? Why can not we see Nibiru if it is a couple of weeks month away? The rapture, all over again? How many dates were anticipated for that? All the planets within the sun process lining up, despite the fact that they are not able to and won't, and doing . . . whatever by some means? Must be magic given that it certain is probably not gravity. Wasn't that meant to occur in 1999? Solar flares, which occur round 5 occasions per week on a long run usual. Coronal mass ejections at the Sun which can be quite ordinary - like the only on 14 July 2012. Notice something, did you? A line up of the Sun and the Earth or whatever with the centre of the galaxy, which comes vaguely near two times each 12 months is meant to do . . . whatever? Must be magic given that it certain is probably not gravity. The sun process crossing the crucial airplane of the galaxy, while we do not honestly realize wherein that's? Aliens invade (no, now not the annunaki)? Prophecies that the Maya did not make can be fulfilled? Prophecies that the ancient French faker Nostradamus did not make can be fulfilled? The whole factor is fantasy, superstition and lies invented via the truth challenged and utilized by the ethically challenged to generate profits from the mentally challenged and anybody who promotes this can be a scum sucking backside feeder and that primarily entails the Coast to Coast radio slime and the greed-ridden fits who run the History Channel.

I do believe that everyone has the ability to be psychic. Most people think that it is a bad thing or morally wrong. I have a few abilities, and I have been persecuted by some who think I am working for the devil and the others are very interested in what I have to say and can show them.

There are psychics, people whose intuition is stronger than average. It is a gift from God, a much misunderstood one.
Having such talents is a difficult path to follow, as satanic forces can "piggyback" on the ability, and are more likely to do so as the talent becomes stronger. Do not seek to strengthen it artificially through such things as witchcraft and Rosicrucianism, as Satan may take over and you might become possessed.
In addition, church people who are ignorant can make things rough for such people, except in relgious groups which accept all the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There you might be able to fit in.

Yes there are. I am. Not one of those that can tell whats going to happen in 2 seconds or in 50 years. I have a dream or some images pop into my head and some of those dream and images come true in usually 5 days or upto a month. Its not so amazing. Everyone has a 6th sense.

One of my anthropology professors wrote a book about this one psychic he met. He did some extremely scientific tests on him that provided some very eerie results. It's out of print but you can still find it: "Visions of time: Experiments in psychic archeology" by David E. Jones

Yes they are real, but there are also some frauds of course.
I think psychics probably scare some people so they choose not to believe in it, otherwise it would make them have to change their views/religion/etc. so it's easier for them to just not believe in it.

The ultimate test - get the lottery numbers right more than once.
and guess what - NO one who claims to be psychic has ever done it and each one I've ever asked says, "That would be using it for selfish reasons and I can't use my gifts that way...".
But strangely they never turn down the "suggested" donations they ask people to make for their time.
