I think you should leave it natural... take a look at what happened to my sis! throughout her years, she would dye her hair CONSTANTLY! after about 10 years of doing that it got CHEMICALLY FRIED! it looked awful. so yeah... i think you should leave it natural. no one should go through what my sister had to go through! ; )

Leave your hair alone; dark hair is beautiful. All these women who have naturally dark hair want to lighten it. Then the hair gets seriously damaged and stiff. Don't try to blend in; be who you are. Forget the highlights; go with a cute haircut. Get ideas from hair magazines. Since you have an oval face, you're lucky; any hairdo will look great on you.

I've been getting my hair colored off and on since I was 17 I'm now going on 25 and my hair is fine.
Best thing to do is go get a magazine on trendy hair cuts you can find them any where you can buy magazines. Then go through and circle hair styles you like then go to your local salon and ask for there opinion.

get highlights but not a dramatic change that will hurt your hair specially if its not a virgin, go for golden blonde highlights that will look pretty n your hair, just trim it its already pretty but look for differnt hairstyles since highlightin will be a big change. Flip in n out your hair. n curl the ends also. (n every layer)

You can always try highlights. If you don't like them, it's not as bad as a full color job. You cut sounds like lots of fun! If you want possibly a little more exctiement, try layers. What does your hair do without the straightener? If it's wavy or curly, try leaving it like that one day. You might like it better.

Since your hair is natural i think you should rinse in stead of dying. the chemicals in the dye will damage your hair plus the heat from your straightener. Since your hair is the same color as mine try Clairol semi- permanent ( wash out in 4 months), mix honey brown, 14k gold and fire red ( if you want a red color will not be bright but just right), if to want the strike thing going on use light brown and honey blonde ( mix) and use honey almond, use cap to streak your hair. you will like it.
IT WILL NOT KILL YOUR HAIR , ITS A RINSE WHICH IS BASICALLY A CONDITIONER FOR YOUR HAIR TO STOP BREAKAGE, **** LIKE THAT, ITS PROTEIN ( I'M LICENSED)

well if you dye your hair alott than you might want to becareful on what highlight dye you use. cause if not you may damage your hair.

if you got anything done to it in the length i would not do to much to it. keep the leght in between short and long no higher than your chin.
So that you do not damage your hair becaus ou might get highlights and it is not naturely as striaght as you would like it make su you use a good shampoo and conditionr for stregth and shine

I love the way I feel after I have had my hair colored. You may want to try some highlights and lowlights.

you should leave it natural...my friends have gotten highlights and it never comes out how they want it. plus it is a lot of work because you have to worry about roots showing and all that junk. your hair sounds nice like it is now...i wouldn't change anything.
