You do not have to be baptized to be saved. The thief on the cross was assured that he would be with Jesus in paradise. He had no hope of being baptized. (Luke 23:43)
Nevertheless, baptism is a step of obedience to those who are saved. As Peter tells us in Acts 2:38, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the Holy Spirit as a gift."
The Ethiopian eunuch was so zealous for his salvation he demanded to be baptized. "As they were going along the road, they came to some water. The eunuch said, "Look, there's some water. What keeps me from being baptized?" Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." He replied, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." (Acts 8:36-37)
So, really baptism is an issue of the heart, and is a first step of obedience to those who come to Christ. Failing to be baptized is a mark of disobedience. You might consider asking yourself, "Why don't I want to be baptized?" If there is no biblical reason, or say, you can't be baptized because you are in a hospital, then if you don't wish to be baptized, you should question whether you are in the faith.

God can make exceptions for those who are not baptized. But why would you want to hold out on this. The great commission (Matt28:18-20) says we are to baptize and that also means we are to be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. To not obey is to be rebellious to God. If you believe Christ said this and your faith in him is true, then you cannot justify not being baptized. When the eunuch was told the Gospel he did it right away. So should we.
Baptism is not the sprinkling of a few drops of water. It is the total immersion of our mind, body, and soul. We die to our old selves, are buried, and washed by the water and the blood. We are raised up again, as Christ arose.

Simply put, accepting Jesus' death on the cross thru confession and repentance IS a requirement for salvation. Baptism IS NOT. The most clear cut biblical proof for this is Romans 10:8-10. (see below).
Baptism is an outward expression of what has already occurred on the inside.
This is much like the Great Commission found in Matthew where Christians are told by Christ to go out into the world and spread the word of Salvation. It is an order to do so, but not a requirement that must be met prior to the act of salvation. We do these things AFTER we have experienced God's act of Salvation.
I hope this helps.

To be saved we must be Baptized Jesus' Name for the remission of sin.
Before I explain why you first must understand that your parent are wrong and if you really want to be saved and make it into heaven, you must be born again as the scriptures command, not what I think , but what God's word Says.
Read for yourself St John 3:1-5, here is a excerp:... Jesus answered, Verily , verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of WATER and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Being born of the Water in being baptized in Jesus' Name for the remission of your sin: this baptize represents: the death, burial , resurrection of Jesus.
When you are baptize your old man die (death) is buried immersed in water (burial) and when you come out you are a new creatur in Christ, old things pass away (resurrection)
According to Acts 2:38: Then peter said unto them, repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin, and ye shall recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost".
Don't let people who don't know scripture influence you, some people use the theif on the cross as an example. However, you first must know scripture, when the theif ask the Lord Jesus to remmeber me, it was during the dispensation or period of the Mosiac Law (Moses law) Luke 16:16 tells us "the law and the prophets were until John; since that time the Kingdom of GOD is preached, and every man presses into it", and that is why the thief made it into heaven, but when the Day of Pentecost after the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. The New Testament was not in force until the death of the testator. Since that time, all men must be born of water and spirit. "For where the testament is , there must also of necessity be the death of the Testator. For a testament is of force after men are dead; otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth."(Hebrews 9:16-17) The thief on the cross lived during the time before the death of testator(Jesus).Inturn dispensation or period of Grace began, and the plan of salvation began -(must be born again) and that is where we are today.
Once that is done all of your sins that you committed are wash away, the next step is being born of the Spirit and that is bieng filled with the Holyghost/Holyspirit all same. According to Acts 1:8, "But ye shall recieve power, after the Holyghost is come upon you:... also Acts 2:4, 38.
Then after you have been born of the Water and The Spirit you must live a holy life before Jesus. John 8:11" Go and sin no more", Romans 12:1 We must present ourselves as holy unto God".
That is the Word, I will pray for you, that God will show you the way. It was not by chance that I'm writing you, but Jesus arrange it. He wants you to be saved. So please read those scriptures and ask the the Lord Jesus to open your mind. When it is all said and done your mom and dad can not live for you. You have to save yourself from this evil world.
N' JESUS' NAME!!

No,you do not.All you need is Jesus Christ. If you were to listen to Saint, that would mean that you would need somebody besides Jesus to dip you in water, thereby contradicting Acts 4:12:"There is Salvation in NONE OTHER".God Bless, and once again,No,you don't have to be baptized. The thief who died on the cross with Jesus wasn't baptized.

Baptism is an outward repsonse to an inward change.
You are saved if you believe that Jesus is your savior.
But if you do have the chance to be baptized, you should do it because it is a public testimony of giving your life over to Jesus Christ.

The Bible says "He who believes and is baptized shall be saved." So, by that the answer would be yes, you need to be baptized. But you never know what God will decide, and it's ultimately up to Him.

Baptism isn't a requirement for salvation. It should be our first important act of obedience after salvation, however.
Keep trying to find someone to baptize you. Blessings.

Think about the thief on the cross
Luke 23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.
Luke 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
the thief did not have opportunity
