I just got my schedule for high school and I seen that I am taking P.E all year.. which is fine. Although I am worried that since I am not taking P.E for the rest of the other three years I may become fat. What should I do??

Use this first year of PE to learn some good exercise habits. You don't need to be in class to do PE. Maybe some of your other friends will have a schedule like yours. Get together with them and schedule some workouts. If you don't get into an exercise program when you are young, you will have a much harder time when you get old. This is something that you can do for yourself - go for it! Good luck.

learn some self discipline. Just as its your choice to attend school and that gym class, it will be your choice to keep working out once you don't have that gym class. I had the same schedule so what I did the next year was take weight training and aerobics as electives, if that's not an option for you find a buddy. In the evening go jogging with a friend.

You shouldnt rely on someone else in order to lose weight or to stay in shape. After your 1 st year, continue to work out on yoru own. It's not hard. Your going to be a freshmen in high school, try a sport. Eat regularly, jsut elimate sweets. Eat healthy foods. Thats all I can help ya with. It all up to you.

Find some other way to exercise. Join a gym, get some exercise videos or something like. Or set up your own exercise regime so that you can exercise at least 3 times per week.
