Well jus back away from the computer this instant I would hate for you to attempt to rip the system cuz you didn't get the best award for you question. LOL Jus a joke please don't take it serious, I'm already in enough trouble now jus drove away from that house. They always make me take candy jus before bed and I always wake up forgetting everything that happened the night before.

Breathing does help, if you can remember to do it. You have a split second to decide whether to go mad or not. if you can choose not, then you can breathe in for 4 counts and breathe out for 6 or 8 counts. Do this a few times. it might help.
The answerers who recocmmend anger management have apparently had experience with your problem, so after you breathe, do what they say.

Well thats a good way of taking out agression. But make sure its papers you don't need. Once i throw my phone out the window smashed it to piece because of anger. Maybe you can just calm down, get away from watever it is causing you stress. And go listen to music, play video games or something to take your mind off of it.

Just calm down and relax. This is really nothing but stress and stress is not good for u in fact stress could kill u. So when ever u get mad don't rip anything up just think about something that makes u really really happy and you'll be fine!!!!!! it always works for me. take care sweety :) !!!!!!!!!

calm down count 2 ten close ur eyes take some deep breaths... then when ur done calming urself down talk about the problem with the person u r mad at... if that dosnt work go c a dr.

im glad you are not doing this to people!!! sounds like your frustration level is very low or you have alot anger stored up in you
you should talk with someone a couselor minister/priest to get to the root of this anger not only will you feel alot better about yourself but take you out of harms way with your anger

Perhaps you need to consider anger management classes.
You recognize that you have an issue with violence and are asking for help.
Unfortunately, the help you need cannot be found on this website - you need a professional counselor who can help you work through your issues and learn to control your behaviors.

I am not telling you what to do, but I think you should probably take a deep breath. You should ask yourself if it is something that you really need to be doing. If this doesn't work, then I would recommend seeing a therapist.
