Have you talked to a professional hair dresser? How about checking on-line, putting your question into your browser? If you've tried ALL the dandruff shampoos, you might have to have a prescription from your doctor because you might have a different kind of situation going on. I do know that you have to use dandruff shampoos for several weeks or more (depending on the severity of the problem) before they start working effectively. Going bald is definitely one choice in guaranteeing that you won't have dandruff. But not everyone "does" bald very well, so check to see what other options you have. <*)))><

Are you sure it's dandruff? Some people have dry scalp, it's not the same. Try using a SCALP conditioning shampoo. You might have to go to a beauty supply store to get one. But try it through the whole bottle, see if that helps.

Good luck!

Head and shoulders shampoo. It is really effective! I used it too and it worked really well. Just use the top of your fingers and massage the shampoo on your scalp and let it sit for about 1 min. then wash it out of your hair. If you want it to be even more effective, then use both the shampoo and cream rinse.

Have you tried tea tree oil shampoo.
It will assist with itch and work on that
dandruff. Use this shampoo every other
day for about a month. You'll soon see
a difference.

Short of amputation above the neck, try using tar shampoos. They smell like road tar and they're pricey, but they can help. They especially help with people that have very oily scalps.

I've soaked my head with lotion, you know so it gets down to the scalp? Let it sit there for a while, then rinsed with beer, then shampooed it out with intense moisture Shampoo/Conditioner. It seemed to work for me

I also tried EVERYTHING out there. The only thing that helps is P&S oil. You should try that.
Good Luck. I really know how you feel.
