Use a shaker/strainer. Freeze whatever you're trying to chill, then use the ice to chill the rest of the liquid. Strain out the ice and use over in the rest of the drinks.

Shake it in a stainless steel container, think martini shaker, and if possible serve it in another stainless steel container. Also drinks that sit in an ice chest, think camping, get very very cold. Or you could turn up your fridge all the way and put the desired Beverage on the top shelf in the back, if your talking about cans or whatever, it gets coldest in theat area....

First, you need to know that to make WATER as cold as possible, withour freezing, crushed ice, suspended in water is as cold as you can make it.
So if you want to cool a canned or bottled beverage as fast and easy as possible, dunk them in this solution. This works faster than simply burying them in ice.
If you intend to mix something and pour it into a glass, then chill the glass before you pour. Either keep the empty glass in the fridge, or fill the glass with ice cubes for a few minutes, then empty the glass. The chilled glass keeps your drink cool much longer.
The coldest drinks you can make and serve are those with crushed or shaved ice blended in, such as smoothies or virgin versions of margaritas and daqueries.

The suggestions for stainless steel shakers are excellent. When in a pinch, chill not the drink, but the glass in which you are going to put it.
Works with any drink ( persuming that the drink itself is already been refridgerated)

plan ahead and freeze some of the drink in ice cubes that way they melt, keep the drink cold and do not dilute the beverage

put it in a martini shaker with ice...shake it up and pour...also I fill my water bottle halfway and freeze it....Then take it out and fill the rest up with water...the ice slowly melts throughout the day and keeps it cold for a long time...you could freeze juice or iced tea this way too.
