When you have a temptation gnawing at your brain drink some water with some lemon juice in it. You can have all you want. They go read some tips on self control.
The best site I have found for dieting is Spark People.
You can also eat some fruit that is sweet.
Hugs!

Don't eat a cookie but do eat or drink something that's sweet and in the flavor that you're craving. For instance, if you want a chocolate chip cookie eat a small chocolate instead - instead of a peanut butter cookie have a little peanut butter on an apple or celery. When I'm on a diet and crave chocolate I go to the Godiva store and buy one dark chocolate ganache. It satisfies my chocolate craving and allows me to keep going for another week or two.

ok. when u're in a HUGE crave for sweets and cookies go for the fruits, like pineapples and watermelons, and strawberries. i know it cant compare to a cookie. but still if u have 1 cookie u'll want another one. and then u'll be like watever forget diets!
u need to just buy a bunch of fruits and every 3 hours have a little snack. (meaning a fruit or a vegetable). but u also need to eat solids like bread and crackers. but not too many.
and u can eat all the fruits and vegetables u want and not get fat. but also...no sodas or anything. stick to the water green tea and gatorade. and drink lots and lots of water and liquids! especially milk in the morning and right before bed. it helps u not get hungry during the night.
and never stay home when u're on a diet cause u'll be bored and u'll automatically want to go to the fridge.
u need to get out more, like go shopping. and go to a park, go run. go to a library...stuff like that.
but remember ....a cookie will u make ur face break out.
and a watermelon will help u loose weight and look thin and fine.
i say NOO COOKIEEE!

Eat the cookie. You should not feel deprived when you are eating right the rest of the time. Are you eating healthy? just make sure to exercise. You don't need to be on a diet, you need to be learning how to makeover the way you eat; a new style of eating. Healthy people do indulge in treats every now and then. The trick is to have either 3 bites and savor them, or have ONE serving and eat it slowly. You are human and being indulgent is not bad unless you going to eat the whole damn box of cookies. I once lost 80 lbs and I did have a treat every now and then. You need to learn how to eat in moderation. Good luck.

I have moments like that! I recently lost 20 pounds and did it because I watched portion sizes and exercised. If you eat a cookie, take a twenty minute walk to burn some calories. If you keep your metabolism up, it's really ok to splurge once in a while. Just eat what the serving size recommends, not more! :) You can do it. You'll be proud of yourself in the end!

Chips ahoy has 100 calorie packages of oreo's and chocolate chip cookies. If you give yourself a treat regularly, you wouldnt crave cookies. Splenda is a good sweetner substitue, and can be used for many different types of things. Have a berry shake or some fruit. That also decreases your cravings for sweets.

Have something healthy like a big salad... With sweet things in it like beets and carrots and baby corn, pecans and mandarin orange slices and stuff. For the calories in 1 stupid old cookie, you could enjoy some delicious nutritious fiber!
You should always have alternative foods available to you when you feel you will crave something bad.
Frozen pineapple keeps me on track!

IT IS SO NOT WORTH IT. 1 COOKIE WILL LEAD YOU OFF YOUR DIET. PLEASE DON'T DO IT. IF YOU STARTED YESTERDAY YOU HAVE COME TO FAR TO EAT A STUPID COOKIE. HAVE A RICE CAKE WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY. IT WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CRAVING AND IT'S NOT AS BAD FOR YOU. ALSO GET RID OF THE COOKIES YOU DON'T NEED THE TEMPTATION.
