Hot shower and breathe in the steam....blow your nose in the shower.....then nose spray anything from over the counter. Take allergy medication at night (don't drink alcohol). If that doesn't work in a day or two go to a doctor. They car prescribe stronger nose spray as well as allergy medication you can take am and pm.

Well it depends on where you live but if your serious about fixing this nose problem, I recommend the hottest green chile you can find. If you live anywhere other than New Mexico that may be hard to do but try hoarse radish or that green stuff you get with sushi. It may sound stupid but it will work I promise

Don't use any kind of inhalers such as Vicks. If you can stand the taste, try Vicks DayQuil--it doesn't make you sleepy. If you drink a cup of regular coffee with it (or right after) you get a very pleasent buzz.

Take steam inhalation, with a vaporizer if possible. Use a steroidal nasal spray such as budesonide or fluticasone. Take an anti- allergic pill.
