Women are programmed to have babies. If men were having the babies us women would be going crazy yelling at these guys for "doing it wrong."
Anyway, men have no tolerance for pain and they'd probably die in childbirth. My husband gets a cold and you'd think he was at death's door. I'd just assume we keep things the way they are and let us women do the childbirth thing.

Isn't that question obvious? Yes it would be easier for women if men were to give birth to the children.
