If I recall, you've posted a similar message before that I replied to as well. I think that I'll take this opportunity to leave an answer of more substance then I did before.

If you are a Bible believer, then I'm sure you are aware of the many so called 'contradictions' that the lost constantly point out to us. They can find these 'contradictions' because they read out of context and they create meaning without evidence.

Call me crazy, but this seems like a similar situation. First of all, the Song of Solomon is poetry and if anyone knows anything about poetry they know that liberties are taken in the verse and vocabulary. Secondly, in order to give basis for scriptural meaning (like saying masturbation is God's gift to us) it has to line up with other scripture throughout the Bible. This topic certainly has to solid ground anywhere in the Bible.

Um First off touching yourself isnt all that serious. You(not the person asking this question...just the person saying itz wrong and nasty) act as if itz a crime or itz against the 10 commandments. Not to say that doing it in front or everyone or in church for that matter would be right or appropriate but come on! Is it that bad? Think about it for a second. I think itz fine if it's in the privacy of your own home. And yes i do agree that it is an alternative safe sex method

There is no "god" thus there are no "gifts" from a god. Belief in gods is a simplistic and lazy coping skill for dealing with the unknown. It's more difficult to seek a real answer (i.e., with critical thinking, science, etc.), and most people are simple and lazy, so they latch on to easy answers like "God gave us this gift" or "the Devil tempted us with this" -- not to mention a host of other nonsense like psychics, chiropractors, (un)lucky numbers/days/events, etc.

There is no long-term hope for humanity as long as the majority continues this stupidity (and often forces it on others by weight of law), especially given the increasing destructive power of human weapons.

I strongly disagree that masturbation is God's gift to humans. I have been to that site before when i was struggling with the question of whether masturbation is right or wrong. However, in my research about the godliness in masturbation, i concluded that masturbation is completely wrong.

God has given us many things, and all of them are not for our complete pleasure.

Romans 12:1 says about offering our bodies to God as living sacrifice. Anything that we do must glorify God. We should please god with our actions and not 'please' ourselves.

I define sin as something that cannot be done in public. Can you masturbate in front of your parents, friends, siblings and in public? or will you be ashamed to do so?

Do you think that masturbation is gloryfying God in any way? If you think so, then why don't you try masturbating in church?

Last but not the least: being a computer professional my advice to everyone is, please do not trust anything that is on the internet. Research on the sources, are they credible.

According to me, that christian site is a spoof.

That ,christian?, website says all teenagers need to hear to have sexual activities.
I did not find any link to the webmaster or even a "contact us" link, so there is no way to confirm the procedence of this site.

You can't take any of this opinions like a fact, they are just the point of view of the writer, in some cases they seem logical conclusions, but, I'm no expert in religion.

That site is messed up! A threesome in a Christian marriage?! That's something they suggest- I DON'T THINK SO! Yeah, whoever made that site is misinterpreting God big time
You said something about the joys of heaven...there will be no sex in heaven-just worshipping our Creator.

That site is wrong on the point of it not being a sin... IF you can do so without lusting after a specific individual...then most likly it is not a sin... But in most cases it would be covered under the prohibition on lusting. Which is a sin

It may well be the one sin most every one dose though. There are two kinds of liers...those who say they never...and those who say they quit.

Why do you need a website for that information...you should see what the original form says (AKA: bible). And if you look in there its not a "gift" its a sin. A sin against Mary blessed mother of Jesus!

The BIG problem is that site is looking only at the physical and not the spiritual. Our bodies are nothing to God. It is our soul and spirit that He is interested in. Things in the bible that God tells us to not do are not to make our bodies better but to protect our souls.
