Try looking in to Wolf appliances- they are restaraunt quality but made for the home kitchen.

they have smaller equipment also

WOW LOL, i dunno; you could use and electric griddle perhaps or they sell them that you can put over your stove burners! ive seen such things in walmart, target or other stores similar to said shopping establishments.
