I have bought flat irons from 50.00 to 150.00 and the one that works best on my thick, curly, bleached hair is the Sedu. It works on anyones texture, works fast, leaves hair very soft so it can move around and stick straight. I love it... I'll never use anything else!

Added note: As I told you in my message, I'd advise against using ANY flat iron on wet or even damp hair, it is very damaging to your hair follicle and creates frizz and breakage.

Happy birthday :)

Conair! It works the best turn it up the highest and you only have to flat-iron a section once! It is so cool! Glad that they have those flat-irons, don't you??? It DOESN'T let you iron on wet hair though. I don't think any of them do!
