i've been online tryin to find a good photo editing program. i need a program that provides template, i would like to add backgrounds, borders, cutout pics using diffrent shapes and diffrent colors. is there any good programs u can suggest that i can download free online

some softwares that do the above stated works best are adobe photoshop and corel draw but they are not free and also need a lot of knowledge...
try "gimp"...its from the open source and hence free and comparable to photoshop shandard...

try using photoimpression dats wat i usea nd they also have a program called videoimpression i dont no if they have a site but if u have a webcam a dis for it comes in there or at least one came with mine its made by GE
