Humor always, but if they have a good sense of humor they usually have intelligence and if they have intelligence they should have sensitivity, (Even if they don't show it)

I want a balance of both, i don't want a guy that is so humorous that he cant be serious, and i don't want a guy that is so sensitive that he cries when i get on his *** for not taking out the trash.
