I work in this office with 12 b!thcy women and one b!tchy gay guy. They are always criticizing what I eat. They are always talking about their diets, and about the food their nutriologist told them to eat. They love to talk about their gym memberships, but I rarely hear them talk about actually going. The thing all 13 of them have in common, is that they are all fat, and none has lost any weight.

My diet is to eat a large 5.99 pizza at least 3 times per week, always go for sushi, get burgers, go to buffets after work, and eat as much as I can in the cafeteria. Yet, I'm not fat, I'm muscular.
My diet is "Eat as much fat as I can"
But, I exercise 6 times per week sometimes all 7 days, either I:
-Go on the bike 15km
-Swim 3km
-Jog 5km.
I love to eat, and if stop eating the way I do, I'll get skinny. I don't want to be skinny, I like having a big butt, big pecs, big arms, and a still keep my flat stomach.

So, is my "Eating as much as I can" diet so bad?????

If you are working out that much then you are probably fine. Eating lots of sushi is actually really great for your heart. As long as you are eating and burning about the same amount of calories I don't see a problem with you eating as much and as fast as you can. Tell the women you work with the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories that they eat PERIOD!! Also tell them to get bent and mind their own business!! lol Good Luck and stay hot!

I mean this in the nicest possible way: Get off your superior, health nut high horse. How do you avoid McDonald's, or BK, or Taco Bell on your way home from work? It's the same will power that prevents you from eating at night, or exercising, or whatever you've been doing to drop your weight. Your co-worker 'messing' with your diet would be physically replacing your healthy foods with fatty ones, or pouring sugar in your water when you aren't looking. Putting brownies on the table is not messing with your diet, it's messing with your mind. Because you're letting it. If you can avoid the other crap that's thrown in your face every day, you can avoid the brownies.

Being in shape on the outside is good, BUT just make sure that your insides are running well. A simple way to tell is to have blood work done by your doctor. You wouldn't want to have high cholesterol with that beautiful body would ya? ;-)

Keep up the exercise, and ignore people that are giving you advice that apparently don't listen to themselves. Don't be annoyed by them, it increases blood pressure and that's bad for your health as well. Instead, if you feel the need to respond, offer good advice about how much you exercise and let them know that you appreciate their advice (even if you don't) but that you have a plan that's working for you. It's going to make your office life more pleasant and will show your supervisors that you can be part of a "team". Very important if you are looking for a promotion in the company.

As long as you are getting enough exercise (sounds like you definitely are) and listening to your body's cravings, then your diet is perfect.

Your body will signal you as to what nutrients it needs by giving you cravings for certain types of food. Just because a food is generally viewed as not being healthy, doesn't mean it's going to damage your health. Your body, getting that much exercise, is making use of everything you ingest, and the extra fat you get from some of the fattier foods is used to fuel the muscles. Fat and carbs are both necessary for survival.

If you aren't getting enough exercise, then it doesn't matter what you eat - you will be in bad shape. Even if you aren't "fat," you'll be in poor health.

So yes, your diet (because of the exercise) is better than your co-workers'.

I get so sick of people thinking of food as a "cosmetic" alone!

Food is FUEL! You need it to move and have energy. You get certain nutrients from it for growth and to make your body function. (Like vitamin A for vision, etc.)

Eat what is healthy for you to LIVE - not LOOK GOOD!

Your arteries are probably caked with plaque. Let's turn you inside out and THEN we'll "see" who has the better diet.

Cut out the fat's in your diet, eat non fats foods Eat more veg and fruit. You can add them to your pizza., thin crust. Try and keep you diet down to 1,200 or less a day. Drink non- caffene drinkls. You seem to keep busy, I lost alot of weight and keep it off bye my Pem diet. No breads , but garlic once in a while. no potatoes. I pig out at buffets once a month. Eat what want. I bike ride. they are just jealous and won't admit they . Pem

Yes because you are doing mega damage to your arteries. You may look great on the outside, but you ruining your internal organs. Your diet seems to have a lot of processed foods. Processing strips food of its nutrient value, so you may not be getting enough vitamins, and minerals in your diet.

Try adding more fruits and vegetables and cut back on the fatty foods. You are doing a great job by getting all of that excersize.

Good luck to you!

It works for you! Don't listen to a word those fatties are saying unless you see something in their body style that you want! Just keep in mind that your habits will catch up with you....I've been thin and fit all my life, but suddenly there's fat showing up....it's harder to get rid of now than it was in my 20's!

You need to ask someone like your doctor if you are in good condition, but personally, I think that if you feel good, then your diet is good for you. Everyone needs their own "best diet". (You coworkers are probably just jealous.)

You may not be fat, but your diet isn't healthy. Eventually it will catch up with you, exercise or no.
