Cut a very small amount off like the tips for it to grow faster, but you can't get 4 inches in 2 weeks, sorry.

You'll never be able to grow your hair that quickly that soon. It's impossible. Your lucky if your hair grows that much in 8 months. Apparently your hair grow about half an inch a month

Hair is made from keratin, a type of protein. Production of keratin is aided by Biotin in the diet.
Sources of Biotin include Brewer's yeast, whole grains, egg yolks, liver, rice and milk.
Eat these, get lots of Biotin in the diet, produce lots of keratin.

sorry charity but this is not going to happen..i know 'cos i grew up thinking that if you pull your hair it will grow quicker (don't try this at home kids, it hurts!) i was once told that if you live in a hot climate your hair grows quicker but i think thats a load of bullpoo. still, there are some good extentions out there...good luck hun.

Hair can only grow so much in a eyar. Pony tales break your hair. Prenatal vitamins do nothing ... preggo women have better skin, longer nails, and healthier hair because of the horemones. You just have to wait it out

hair grows about 1/2 inch per month...there's nothing you can do to change that

you cant (it takes about 8 months to grow four inches of hair), but using aloe vera gel as a shampoo makes your hair grow faster. (you can buy that at walmart)

It isn't going to happen, if you need length, buy a wig if you don't want extensions, it would probably be cheaper also.
