Hello Friend,
Since your asking a biblical question....here is the biblical answer. Feel free to pull out your own copy of the bible, dust it off, and take a gander at these verses in Revelation. The last book of the Christian Greek Scriptures.
Rev. 12:7-12...That's Revelation Chapter 12, and verses 7 through verse 12.
"And war broke out in heaven: Mi′cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven say:
“Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”
So, a war cleansing the heavens has already taken place casting satan down to the earth. Now, we patiently await the final war. Armageddon. God has proven his superiority already over satan. He will succeed in getting rid of satan all together soon. AND...all who do not submit to his Kingdom arrangement. (Those who do not follow his standards and the Laws of that Kingdom where Christ rules as King.)

Without a doubt, God will win the war against Satan the Devil. God is Almighty, and omnipotent, which means there is no one or nothing which has more power than God does.
Satan’s final effort culminates in permanent defeat. The prophecy says that he is to be let loose for “a little while” as soon as Christ’s Thousand Year Reign is ended and that he will lead rebellious persons in another attack upon God’s sovereignty; but he is hurled (along with his demons) into everlasting destruction.
"For his part, the God who gives peace will crush Satan under you feet shortly. May the undeserved kindness of our Lord Jesus be with you." (Romans 16:20)

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.
Love and blessings

Kind of like asking who would win between Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny isn't it? I'd have to say Satan. The guys all about fighting and destruction. Besides...God seems to have a "hands-off" approach to the world whereas the devil has his hands in everything.

The fight has already been won! Satan was kicked out of heaven many years ago and is awaiting his final punishment of hell. He didn't stand a chance! He was created by God, therefore is not even close to His equal.

God would win because, more than likely, Satan would be drunk and high and too busy looking at the girl with the huge knockers to block all those Godsmacks..

Satan does not exist...politicians and religious leaders do however unfortunate it may seem...and they've been taking over the world....imposing laws...force-teaching...no more place for open-mindedness...progress is going to be hindered...a cause for a possible stagnation...now that's being doomed.

God is almighty and all powerful.
satan is limited on his power though for satan was created by God as an Angel names Lucifer who swore he would exalt his throne above God's throne.
