I was thinking of a Denon DVD 1920. What about Denon DVD 2910 or even the Denon 1730. What is the different between these players and what is suited best for the LCD tv I have? Please help. Thanks!

if its in HD i would go with samsung's blu ray disc player. best quality around.

I guess the best bet for you would be to buy a dvd player with a s video port for the best viewing quality and to justify the LCD TV investment. I am not sure abt those DVD players you mentioned but i would recommend you to invest in a decent (if not too expensive) player to get the best out of your TV. I would recommend not to buy polariod (based on my buy and experience). Samsung dvd players are good too..as always do comparision shopping before you buy, just not the price but also the features.
