Well I am a good Genny pig for this experiment.I worked for N.A.S.A. in Gold stone cal. Working in a 40 ft. dish antenna very clots to the focus point. Some people were moving equipment near the transmitter console ,and some how the transmitter (6. Ghz)got turned on ,and automatic level control brought it to 10,000 watts . Finished my work and came down to find the transmitter on. the only problem I had was both eyes were blackened . The Dr. checked me out,no problem ,I am now 76 yr. old still no problems.

All the things you asked about are called electromagnetic Phenomena. They are part of the spectrum of energy waves that include light, Micro waves, short wave radio. am radio. X-ray, Ultra violet etc. some of these rays are dangerous to the human body because we did not evolve in a place where they were very power-full. Or we were protected from them by clouds or the Ozone layer or the magnetic field of the earth . Some of them may still be damaging our cells but our cells grow back very fast so we do not notice it very often. However some like Micro waves would burn you badly if they were not controlled by magnetic fields in the Oven. The word is still out on whether cell phones are hurting you or not but there is very little chance that they will be anymore dangerous than magnetic waves from say your normal hairdryer or FM car radio.

Light (colors, etc) are MORE hazardous to our bodies.

E=hf Energy is directly proportional to frequency (the higher the frequency the higher the energy, the higher the hazard). visible light (ROY G BIV) is actually much more energetic than radio, micro, wireless phones, etc.)
