Always use a shampoo with the least amount of acid/alkali in it

Most cheap shampoos use that as a basic ingredient!

It causes the hair to become brittle, removes natures natural oil.
and supports split ends.

Brush your hair regularly with a Boar Bristle Brush!

It pulls the natural oil from your scalp thru your hair!

Man cannot a better oil for your hair than nature!

The only shampoos you should use for a PH balance are professional products. The products you get in the drug store are very acidic and can cause irreversable damage. Any product you buy in a professional salon are guarenteed. Remember: You get what you pay for.

Nexxus is one of the best for maintaining PH balance. None of the shampoos you find in the supermarket or drug store are really very good.

Matrix Biolage. Its mostly natural and it doesnt have as much alcahol as grocery store stuff. Oh and Bio-silk is ok too... but the Matrix collection is the best.

Don't use Panteen, Garnier Fructis, or crappy stuff you can find anywhere.
