I am a teenager, and I do not know much about blood pressure. When I went to the doctor yesterday, as I had a sinus infection, the nurse took my blood pressure. She said 118 over 63.. is that a good blood pressure?

First of all your blood pressure is always measured in even numbers so you must of miss understood.If it was 116 over 64 or 62 it was a normal. 120 over 80 is considered average so your bottom # is a bit low but for your age and activity it is fine.

Yes, just try and keep it down like that and you will be OK. If it get over 120/80 then you can start to worry.

no it is low the normal is 120/70
