close, my friend, SHE is black.

lol just kidding. I couldn't help it. I've seen people on here calling her a she and I find it hilarious.

But really, God has no color; he's invisible, just as invisible as my invisible, imaginary friend Jonathan over here. Say hi jonathan.

To answer your question its highly likely he was not "white" thats just what has been passed down.

In truth the area is not white dominated which im sure your parents may have heard.

But you must remember it matters not and to move on from such miniscule details. God is not any one color. The purpose of God on earth must not be distorted in any way. That goes towards those whom print the bible as a white only as well. The pictures are a bit confusing to those of faith.

The bible never says if God is black white or purple.

God is not a physical being, therefore has no color.

I once read a book called The Color of Water, about a black boy with a white mother. When he was younger and asked his mother what color God was she always said "God is the color of water." Meaning that he's not a specific color, he's neither white nor black. I thought that was nice, even though I'm atheist.

where in the bible did you read that God was white??? God is a spirit not flesh...Jesus was flesh and he was black(see "the complete story of jesus" on tlc)..the bible says his feet was as "burnt bronze"..Also see "journey of man" on pbs...all people come from the original man(the african) so i doubt that God would make his son different looking than the original man that he created!!!..read leviticus 13...the white man came about thru leoprasy//what the african was suppose to do was shut him out of the village until he was clean(which was white spots gone or turned all white) but out of fear the african ran the leper up into the mountains(caucus mountains) away from him..those same people became the caucasions and came out of the mountains and conquered!!!

That's great all these P.C. people saying, "He doesn't have a skin color". But apparently they know for a fact the higher power has a penis. God is an entity, neither male nor female, black nor white nor Asian nor whatever, a spiritual entity.

But if you want to say Santa Claus is black, however, more power to ya.

God isn't any color. He is Love. So if your parents are happy with God being black, then that is fine. And you can make up your own colors. God is Love. That is the important thing.
