Spray bleach water on the spot where he peed and let it dry. Bleach water will neutralize the odor for sure.
1/4 cup bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Put it in a Windex bottle and spray liberally.
Repeat until odor is gone. It might take a few times depending on how far into the mattress the doggy juice got.
Hope this helps and have a great day!!!

buy a new mattress, beat that puppy don't let him, sleep on your bed ever again, and this time buy a mattress liner, your dogs urine is inside your mattress growing microorganisms that are multiplying as I type this, febreze may or might kill all of the germs but something is definitely breeding in all that wetness, and the smell will come out especially when it is hot cause the microorganisms are still there you are just covering up toxins on your ruined for life mattress, your dog is lucky to have you as an owner, I would put mine to sleep or take it to the pound, for this, most heinous offense

Club soda will pull the stain and the smell out. If you have any way to take your mattress outside (like your back yard) and air it outside for the day. The reason why your dog did that is a show of defiance. Were you gone for a long time? My dog did that when I first got her. Good luck!

I'm going to put this in all caps in the hopes that it'll be noticed:
NATURE'S MIRACLE or
BIO-KLEEN BAC-OUT or
SOME OTHER PRODUCT THAT IS LABELED AN ENZYMATIC CLEANER
The enzymes in the product eat the stuff that makes pee smell and totally neutralize the odor and the stain. Products such as these can be purchased at pet stores and sometimes at home improvement stores (Home Depot etc) or natural products stores.

Kick the dogs outside, thats what happens when they're inside.
Get a new pillow top or keep the one that smells like pee.

well first ya gotta wash your sheets and sponge the mattress. then you gotta train the dog to stay off the bed...or at least not to pee on it. you can do that by shaking a cup with dry rice when it just before it dose something bad. it will make a rattle sound that will anoy it, one day he/ she will stop going on the bed if that dosent work put a towl over your bed and sprinkle wasobi powder. its EXTREMLY spicey and the dog will not want to go anywhere near it!

Urine Gone is a product on the market that should be of assistance to you. It does actually work at least on carpet and a couch I had to use it on. You should research to see if would be okay on a mattress.

It is better to get another pillow for you if possible. And the other thing, although I'm not telling you what to do with your pet just enhance its education for it not to repeat that anymore.

You should steam it or use one of those wet vacs to get rid of the fluids right away. To get rid of the stain or what has soaked in use resolve, or resolve two in one. It has gotten funiture polish out of my biege carpet before and it works really well at dog urine and eliminating odor.
