"Gesundheit!" said the clerk.

haha! very "american" of her, don't u think? how about this one: These 3 blondes walk into a bar and call for a shot. The bartender lines 'em up and the first blonde raises her glass and says: "to 56 days!" They all down them and order another one. The bartender lines 'em up and the second blonde raises her's and proclaims "to 56 days!" They down them and order another. the bartender is overcome by curiosity and asks, "Mind if you tell me what's with the 56 days?"
"Oh," says the last blonde," We did a puzzle, and it said '3-4 years' on the box, but WE finished it in 56 days!"
