at any given moment in time, roughly 5 - 10%. But not always using the same physical 5 - 10%; over a period of several hours, I probably use roughly 80 - 95 %.

All of it; it's a myth that you are only using xx% of your brain at a time. If any of your brain cells weren't working at all, evenly briefly, they would die.
It's really a matter of how "hard" you are working it; it can either idle or work in overdrive depending on your effort. At any moment, if you are seeing or hearing or thinking anything, the corresponding areas will be active (at least in 2nd gear or so). Even when you sleep your brain is highly active, especially during dreaming!

I believe constantly. Because every move we make is a signal to the brain. Even reflex moving turning your head going to the bathroom, even sex . Your brain is at work. The brain as well as your heart too.

Research has proven that the "Genious" ALBERT EINSTEIN used only 20% of his dura mater. Now, if anyone can use that much or more of the "stuff" in between our ears, what would be the potential?!?!!!
Many studies (I'll bet you can find some ref. via ABCNEWS.Com or some other documentary report) have been conducted on this question and which CULTURE uses more of this mass.
Applying my own reasoning, it doesn't matter how much of the brain you use....
what matters most is how you ORGANISE it.

it has been said that a normal person uses 10 % of their brain but unusually its not true, as we get older and more spiritual we tend to use more of our brain because a lot of parts of our brain open and we do still use our id.

We use all of it. Just different parts at different times. Otherwise, would have evolved to have smaller brains.

Not much according to many studies from Harvard and the like we really do not use much,I wish I had the articles i just red on this .

100%. That junk about 10% is just a myth. You use at least that much just to keep autonomic responses (heart beat, respiration, etc) going!
