Go to Barnes and Noble or some other book store and they have several small books that have all the mixtures for the drinks and also they have photos of what they should look like and they also have other information about bartending. I think one of the books is called : Mr. Boston's Bartending Guide. I bought 2 books like these and if you just look them over you will be fine. The books are made to look COOL sitting on the bar because they are small and usually people love to look the photos and say, "I want one of those!!" Works great for weddings to have the 2 books I have because the girls love to look through to books while they are waiting for you to finish the drinks for the next person. Guys will usually just ask for beer or the normal drinks like a 7&7 or Wiskey Coke. Wedding are a great place to learn because people are nice because they are guests. Learning is a bar can be cruel because people not having to watch their manners. Good Luck. Please pick me for the best, because I could use the 10 points. Usually the caterer will provide the alcohol and the bartenders together. You can order the alcohol separately, and it might be a bit cheaper, but you will likely still have to use your caterer's bartenders.
