Not only could you damage her inside and even cause infections in her uterrus that could render her permanently sterile, but YES when a woman has a baby often the baby's head tears her lower vagina. Or she may have to have an episiotomy which is a surgical incision there.

When she had her baby she either had the skin down there tear, or cut open. After she has the baby it takes six weeks minimum to heal from this, and if you made her, you probably tore her stitches loose, and she has to wait at least six weeks from then to make sure she doesn't tear again, or get some sort of infection. You need to go to the doctor with her, and the doc will explain why and what's going on. A 14 year old's body was not designed to have babies yet, and will just naturally take a long time to recover from what happened!

The doctor probably had to cut her, and you broke the split open. She is not suppose to have sex that soon after having the baby. You are usually suppose to wait 6 weeks or until you stop bleeding, if you are ready.
