El queso de puerco es un tipo de embutido como el jamón o la mortadela, preparado con diferentes partes del puerco que en vez de estar molidas sólo están picadas. El sabor es un poco salado y muy fuerte. Hay quienes lo rechazan desde su aspecto y otros que dicen que es lo mejor.

"Queso de Puerco" or "Pork Chesse" has no milk at all. It's a kind of ham but the pork is not smashed, just cutted in very small pieces. It tastes very strong and a little salty. Some people loves it, some hates it.
