I have been practicing yoga everyday for a couple of years, and it has affected me in such a profound manner-- physically, mentally and emotionally.

Physically, I feel stronger and more flexible which makes me less prone to injuries. By doing the various asanas or poses, I increase the circulation of blood in the body, stimulate vital organs and release toxins from the body.

Mentally, my concentration and awareness has improved. I am more focused in all my actions, not just on my yoga mat. It helps me clear my mind.

Emotionally, I feel more calm and peaceful especially since I treat my yoga practice as a meditation in movement. I have more control of my emotions and reactions instead of being immediately stressed or angry. I find more inner peace and happiness within... but it is still a continiuous journey.

I do. I guess once I do that, my mind is more calm and I can feel that I am more flexible. Things in my life is more in balance, even with my crazy dieting. I dont go to the extreme anymore. What's more is that I got more toned too. I do it everyday in the morning for thirty minutes and thirty minutes before bed.
