i have been pulled over for window tint an need a condition to get apermit for tint but it cant be photophia they wont use it any more

Hooray for the above answer! Any condition of your eyesight severe enough to require that degree of window tinting should take you out of the driving pool altogether.
Odds on bet are that you are one of the ones with a boom box also.
