I'd say the simple answer is no.
Texas Hold'em, especially no limit, is so incredibly complex that there is no simple strategy that could be considered perfect. There are so many variables. There are 169 different starting hands that you could be dealt. The way you play each one pre-flop depends on the position you are in relative to the button, the size of your stack and how that relates to all other stacks, the action that came before you, your analysis of they other players tendencies, and any tells you may have picked up during that hand.
Therefore there is no single strategy one could adopt that you could argue as a perfect strategy. You can play tight or loose, conservative or agressive, but in order to be a winning player you have to adapt to every situation as you play it. In most situations you find yourself in while there may be a general consensus as to the right play technically, often players are rewarded for taking a counter intuitive approach.
I was watching a WSOP Circuit event the other night and a player raised last year's main event champion. Joe had pocket kings and moved all in. The other player thought about it and called with JT off suit. Theoretically this was a horrible play as he was only about 16% to win. But when the flop brought two jacks he was able to crack the pocket kings. He made the wrong play at the wrong time, but got lucky.
The only real way you can win consistently online is to learn a basic winning style and then using your experience, build on that to be successful. You should also read some good books that include online information too, because there are some different skills you will need to apply to that.
Good luck.

Short answer: no (of course)
Long answer:
The reason why developing a "perfect" strategy is impossible, is that to win, your strategy must constantly change and adapt to the different opponents and conditions that you encounter during the game. (especially in an online game where a table can go from super tight to crazy loose and back in a matter of minutes)
Also, once your opponents figure out and adapt their play to your "perfect" strategy, there is almost no way you will be walking away with any profits.

I just take my time. I am a patient player. Don't fall for someone going 'all in', unless you have a great hand. I think it is funny to watch the people in the 'Sit & Go' tournaments. They go 'all in' on the first hand. Clears the table fast!
I just fold till I have a good hand. Sometimes I will play a bad hand just to see the flop, though.
It takes alot of practice to play better. I do win the game alot. I like the Sit & Go tournaments.

Yeah, dont lose.
J/k...A strategy is just to play as much as you can. If you are playing for fake money, pretend its real so the risk is a little more real. Practice, practice, practice, the more you play the more you will learn to play all positions, and against all types of people.

No because online gambling is all fixed. Many of the so called "human" players are computer controlled and it just gives itself a better hand than you to make money for the company

play it tight real tight and stick to it. Don't play a hand unless you have a pair of 9s or higher.
