if your mobile supports aac/aac plus or wma then u can reduce your mp3 format songs to 64 kbps in the mentioned formats.without decresing sound quality.
if your mobile doesn't support the mentioned formats then you can convert mp3 files to mp3 pro format.
Easy Cdda Extator is the software yu can use for converting the file formats.

If you want an actual song with lyrics and whatnot, I would say either MP3 or OGG. If you just want the music, try MIDI...it's not the exact song, but most of the time it is pretty good....and files are almost always under 80KB.

make compack music is reduce its quality.
in my experience i found 5 minute long song take about 50 mb in wave format. then if i convery it into mp3 it require 5 mb only so right now i can see cds in market with more then 100 mp3 songs but now i found new formats called mp7 and mp9 and mp10 which comes with dvd but they more compac then mp3.

.rm (real media player), but reduced is not always the best, cuz of the quality, the best quality and reduced format is mp3 lol, it's 10 to 1 ratio

You probably want to use MP3. there are smaller formats, but they degrade the sound so bad you will not want to play them.
