Your copy of windows is not a legal copy. You need to purchase a legal copy and reinstall it in order for your copy of Windows to be considered "Genuine". Until you do you can't download anything from microsoft.com.

see.. microsoft now, before offering downloads to anyone, checks if the copy of windows is genuine or not.. if u had purchased it from a local store ir wudnt be a genuine.. u need to buy the genuine xp cd from microsoft which will contain a genuine product key so you wont face this prob of "The Windows product key installed on this computer is not genuine. " u shud pay and buy the xp cd from microsoft thru internet or a dealer.. hope this wud help u...

Genuine licensed software has a 20 digit/letters validation code.
If this is a pirated version, any false code will not be honored by MS.
Solution, buy a genuine program and register with MS.

It means you have a pirated version of Windows and Microsoft doe's not legally have to sent it updates.
The only remedy is find your Serial Key Numbers or purchase a Legal copy of Windows.

because you might be using pirated versions of window .buy original version of window! it won"t complain anymore .ok
