Yes, I have blond hair, and oval face and I have side bangs! And people have condemned me on how good I look so if it looks good on me it will look good on you!

Make a layered haircut and a pony ... the blend looks very stable and not so boring... you may desire to allow make highlights on your hair... permit your hair decrease over your shoulders...

lots of hollywood blondes are wearing that style. I bet if you search for pics of gweneth paltrow or similar actresses you will get an idea.

That style looks good on most people, and is easily grown out if you don't like it. As long as you have a normal looking forehead, you should look fine.
